KIM BRIGHT

Kim Bright is the founder of R Cabinet Studio and a seasoned home renovator with a passion for transforming spaces. Originally from Ohio, Kim made the move from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville over eight years ago with a clear vision: to build a comprehensive, one-stop destination for cabinetry, design, concierge, and real estate services. That vision came to life with the creation of R Cabinet Studio, which has since evolved from a small cabinetry shop into a multifaceted company offering a wide range of services to meet clients’ home and lifestyle needs.

 

With a keen eye for design and a knack for uncovering unique properties, Kim takes a hands-on approach—guiding her clients not just through real estate transactions, but through every detail of home design and renovation. Her latest venture, R Home, is an innovative online platform designed to simplify the renovation and design process for clients near and far.

 

Kim lives in Atlantic Beach with her husband and daughter. Deeply rooted in her community, she is active in charitable organizations and her church. When she’s not working, you’ll find her running, cooking, skiing, practicing yoga, or planning her next travel adventure.

MARINA EDDY

DESIGNER

Marina is originally from Michigan and later moved to Florida, where her love for interior design truly began. She approaches design with a fresh perspective, drawing inspiration from a variety of styles while maintaining a deep appreciation for timeless, thoughtful spaces. While modern traditional design often influences her work, she enjoys creating interiors that reflect each client’s lifestyle—spaces that feel elevated, personal, and lived in.

 

Outside of design, Marina values an active lifestyle, spending time both in the gym and in nature. She finds inspiration through travel, enjoying new places, architecture, and environments that influence her creative approach.

MARY DANIEL

MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

Mary Daniel began her professional journey with a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and service. Originally from Georgia, she relocated to the Sunshine State on a full athletic scholarship, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications while competing as a collegiate volleyball athlete. Prior to entering real estate in early 2022, Mary built valuable experience as a sales representative and volleyball coach.

 

Through her career in real estate, Mary was introduced to Kim—a connection that led her to take on a marketing role supporting both R Home Studio and the Bright Bishop Group. What began as a professional relationship quickly evolved into a close partnership rooted in trust, creativity, and shared values.

Known for her competitive drive, attention to detail, and client-first mindset, Mary brings the discipline of a former athlete and the heart of a servant leader to every client and team she supports.
